Capital Films is a production studio here in Austin, Texas and I had the pleasure of creating a logo and brand book for them. The creative process behind the Capital Films logo began with exploring how to visually represent a production company that feels bold, cinematic, and authoritative. Inspired by the name “Capital,” (and that Austin is the capital of Texas) the design centers around the iconic capitol dome. A warm spotlight gradient above the dome adds a film-inspired touch of energy and ambition. The final mark is versatile, scalable, and designed to stand out across film titles, posters, and digital platforms.
